inspirational graduation poemAn inspirational graduation poem, Being True to Yourself, for teens and young adults is a poem that should be shared. Teen years can be difficult ones for most everyone going through that stage of life. Often an inspirational poem can set young people on to the right path of being true to themselves.

Being True to Yourself is an inspirational graduation poem, written by Ashley Rice,  giving  encouragement to do just that…being true to yourself. Her poem can also be used as an inspirational poem for any occasion when a daughter, son, niece, nephew, student, or friend needs encouragement.

Inspirational Graduation Poem

Being True to Yourself

Being true to yourself takes guts.
First, you’ve got
to face everything around
you and figure out what is
important: what you think
really counts.

Second, you’ve
got to interact with a lot
of people who may see things
differently. But life has lots
of smiles and frowns, as
days have their own ups and

if you are true to yourself
in all that you do
and if you keep working to make your
dreams come true…
then you
will achieve success by just
doing your best.
You’ve got everything it takes
to be true to you.

The inspirational graduation poem, Being True to Yourself, reminds me of the inspirational message in the poem, Nothing to Fear. They both share the message to be yourself and stay with determination to achieve your goals. Do not lose sight of either, and you will succeed, in spite of the ups and downs life brings your way.

Stay true to yourself, in spite of peer pressure. It’s so difficult when you are a pre-teen and teen, college age too. By reading an inspirational graduation poem and other inspirational poems, you may be able to find a message that will help you be true to yourself.

Inspirational poems and quotes are always worth sharing with your friends, too, at any time they need words to help them with whatever life brings their way.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
