Groomsmen’s Gifts: Customized Poker Chips

Our son’s wedding is fast approaching…where has the past year and a half gone? It seems like just yesterday he proposed at Disney World in front of the castle and the fireworks display. In a previous post, I wrote about his trying to decide on his groomsmen’s gifts. He’s been looking for something unique to give his guys since they’ve all been in other weddings and the gifts tend to be repeated.

Personalized Poker Chips for Groomsmen Gifts

They all have one past-time in common, they enjoy playing poker. What Erik has decided on for gifts is a set of customized poker chips for each groomsman. He found a website that will let you upload your own photo, design, initials…or whatever you choose to place on poker chip labels. The labels are protected with a moisture proof laminate. Poker chips can make a great father’s day or graduation gift, too, for the men you know that enjoy playing poker. And by the way, poker chips aren’t just for men…you can also get pink chips among other colors. Customize them even further, use something “pretty” for your poker chip label!

Erik’s choice in customized poker chips sparked an idea for his fiance. She’s considering ordering a poker table for Erik to place in their third floor loft…he already has the bar! I’m sure he’ll love it as a wedding present. I can’t tell you what he’s giving his bride because he swore me to secrecy but the gift is lovely. I’ll give a hint…the price is comparable to the cost of one of the round poker tables.

There isn’t much left to take care of…all the major parts are set….just the seating plan…ugh! That can be a no win situation with some of the family members! LOL

Happy Father’s Day and/or Happy Graduation…or Best Wishes on your upcoming wedding, too!

Great idea for dads. Hint Hint to any family reading. I think my old man would really like those too.
