All poems must be appropriate in language and content to be considered. You will be contacted if your poem is chosen for publishing on Nana’s Corner.
Student and class poems are wanted, too! Please include a brief description of the lesson for which the poem was written. Use first name and last initial and/or school and teacher’s name with your submissions.

I’ve got a little secret
that I’d like to share with you.
I want to be your valentine
and hope you’ll be mine too.
I’ll smile with joy and happiness.
I’ll dance and laugh with glee,
if only you would answer yes,
and give your heart to me!
You went to sleep
It’ll be hard not to weep
But trust me today isn’t the last
trust me this isn’t my last good bye to you maybe to your body
But never to your soul
I love you lots
I miss you much
But your gone now
And you’ll be missed
God took you
And gave you wings
To let you now fly free…
