Baby Shower Scrapbooking Theme and Poem

Our Mommy-to-Be knows the shower’s date,

but doesn’t know the where or what we’ll make.

To celebrate the coming birth of Baby J,

we’ve come up with a fun and creative way

to help the New Mommy start Baby’s book…

read the invitation and take a look.

Bridget has been keeping a scrapbook for each year,

and with the birth of her baby boy so near,

we know the New Mommy won’t have the time…

because, of course, she’s already behind!

Each guest can make an adorable baby page

for her new child’s wonderful first year stage.

There’s no book, trims, or other things to buy…

we will provide the scrapbooking supplies.

All we ask is for you to make one,

be creative, and have some fun!

Baby “J” will soon be here!

To help relieve the stress of being a new mommy, please jot down some advice* for Bridget on the back of the poem card and bring it with you to share at the shower.

*(can include tips on handling a new daddy, too!)
